Our fees for handling divorce cases are based on a flat fee if the case is uncontested or if a separation agreement is being prepared. If the matter is contested fees will be charged on an hourly basis with a reasonable retainer or up-front payment, which is intended to cover the initial work being done in your case. Our office understands the financial strain a divorce can cause, and will attempt to work with you to find a way to ensure that you can afford legal services while still managing your household expenses.

If there are children involved in your case, our office has extensive experience both negotiating custody and visitation agreements and litigating contested custody cases in court.  Attorney Gardner and Attorney Cabrera have also been trained and appointed by the Court to represent children in high-conflict custody disputes.
