If you are refinancing a property that you have owned for less than ten years and have an existing owner’s title insurance policy, you may be eligible for the renewal rate on the lender’s required title insurance, thereby saving you 40% of the title insurance fees. Many title companies do not offer or make their clients aware of this discount. Please advise our firm you have an existing policy so that you may take advantage of this reduced rate.
